Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring

This is the most accurate method if you have a ring that fits well.

If you don't have a ring to measure, you can measure your finger directly.

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger (not too tight, not too loose)
  3. Mark where the paper or string overlaps
  4. Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler
