Final Sale Items

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact our customer service department at support@athenajewelry.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and confirm your eligibility.

Please note: Unauthorized returns shipped without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. We recommend utilizing a carrier that provides tracking services, as we cannot assume responsibility for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Exchanges

We accommodate exchanges for alternative sizes, styles, or colors. The exchange process follows the same procedure as returns. Contact our customer service team to specify your desired exchange item. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will dispatch your exchange item.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days following receipt and inspection of your return.
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon receipt of your return and available for use toward future purchases.
Return Processing Time

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

International Returns
